Skills:
• experience in call-center or customer relations is considered an advantage
• english medium/advanced level is obligatory
• very good abilities in comunication and presentation
• persistence in transmitting and explaining informations requested by customers
• positive attitude and customer orientation
• good knowledge of using a computer
